What is your return policy ?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any items returned after the 14 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. Any items returned to us damaged, worn, stained in an unsellable condition or not in line with our returned policy will not be accepted for return. Unfortunately certain types of items cannot be returned such as bodysuits and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. With regards to our eyelash and make up range, these are excluded from the returns policy due to the nature of product, unless an item is received damaged or faulty, any damaged items must be notified within 48 hours of receiving, along with photos of damage, please send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend you return your items back by recorded delivery to ensure their safe delivery. JenTique cannot be held responsible if the returned item is lost in transit. Once the item has arrived it will be checked by our team and marked as eligible for return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, this can take several working days depending on your provider. Original postage costs will not be refunded.
