Shipping Details

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed by UK Standard Recorded Delivery (2nd Class Recorded, estimated at 2-4 working days).  All items will be sent 'Signed For' via Royal Mail, we aim for the delivery times stated above, but this may change due to the provider (delivery not guaranteed over the weekend or public bank holidays).  All International orders will be sent through Royal Mail using a Tracked and Signed For service, with an estimated timeframe of 7-15 days. JenTique will do all we can to ensure your item is delivered within the estimate timescale, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances and outside events or providers.  At the present time some delays may also be experienced due to Covid-19 and lack of staff within Royal Mail but we have been assured they are doing all they can to ensure quick delivery of your items.

What is your return policy ?

Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to return an item(s), you can do this by e-mailing us atjentique@hotmail.com. In your e-mail please include order details and reason for return. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any items returned after the 14 days will not be accepted.  To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. Any items returned to us damaged, worn, stained in an unsellable condition or not in line with our return policy will not be accepted for return. Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for return.  Unfortunately certain types of items cannot be returned such as bodysuits/swimwear and our eyelash/make up range due to hygiene reasons.  With regards to our eyelash and make up range, these are excluded from the returns policy due to the nature of product, unless an item is received damaged or faulty, any damaged items must be notified within 48 hours of receiving, along with photos of damage, please send to jen_tique@hotmail.com. We do not offer free or prepaid returns, we recommend you return your items back by recorded delivery to ensure their safe delivery.  Please ensure you include your details with the return.   JenTique cannot be held responsible if the returned item(s) is lost in transit.  Once the item has arrived it will be checked by our team and marked as eligible for return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, this can take several working days depending on your provider.  If returning items from outside the UK please make sure your parcel is marked so customs fees are not applied, returns with additional charges will automatically be rejected. Original postage costs will not be refunded. 

Do you sell gift cards?

At the present time we do not offer a gift card option, however it is something we may look to add in the future.

Patch Testing.

With regards to our Double Trouble 2 in 1 Liner, please remember to carry out a patch test before using.  Apply a small amount on the skin behind the ear and allow 24 hours to see if any reaction is caused.  If any irritation occurs please use make up remover to wipe the area until the product is removed.  Once removed continue to rinse the area for several minutes with cold water. In the unlikely event irritation persists please seek medical attention.

All major credit/debit cards can be used as well as PayPal and Clearpay.
